Good Morning

Good morning my fellow bloggers! I am up too early or up too late.

I had a good time today playing in the winter breeze. It snowed 4 inches today.

Snow, Snow, Snow!!! Giant snowballs. I did not get to snow angels today. I tried to build a snow fort with my best friend. We did not end up finishing it. Instead, we made a snow mountain. the snow was wet, heavy and cold.

I did community service today, by helping someone who needed my help, shovel their walk and driveway. He had pneumonia. He was shoveling with a shovel that was about 25 years old. He had no hat, gloves, or coat on, and he was wearing a t-shirt.

I went shopping with mom and Julia at Pier 1. Mom bought me these neat 3D clear glass star candle holders that have points in all directions. Mom has ones like them made of crystal. I saw the glass ones and asked her for one, and she got me two.

My brother and his best friend were trying to peg me with snowballs and ended up pegging someone else's house instead.

I got to go sledding today, it was the best day ever! We made a train hooking all the sleds together. It was fun.

My gloves got soaked all the way through and I could not make anymore snow creations. I came home wet and cold and dad made me a hot bowl of soup.

We started our 24 Days of Christmas Devotional, it will end on Christmas Eve.

Whew! What a day, that is all for tonight!

We have 99 quarts of apple pie slices. I helped my parents with canning. I put the Jonathan apples on the apple peeler and cranked it to peeled the apples.

Happy Birthday to Me

I am now officially nine years old. My birthday was 11 October. My sister came home from college for my birthday. Daddy used a blow torch to light my candles because we were out of matches. Mommy made a chocolate cake with white butter cream frosting and Julia decorated it with gummy bears.

I gave a talk in Primary today. This is my talk. I made the talk and mom typed it. I gave the talk all by myself. Mom did not even need to stand next to me. She stood at the back of the room and smiled.

My Faith in Jesus Christ Grows When I Serve Others

When I serve others I know it makes my Savior happy and I feel good in my heart. When they are happy, I am happy too.

When I serve others I serve the Lord and it makes the Lord happy to see I am helping other people.

My faith in Jesus Christ grows when I am kind and serve others. You should feel the spirit too, when you serve.

My faith in Jesus Christ grows when I when I am nice to everyone.

My faith in Jesus Christ grows when I help my family.

My faith in Jesus Christ grows when I help around the house.

My faith in Jesus Christ grows when I pray for others, and when I read my scriptures and go to church.
